Bought tonkotsu (black pig bone) soup base ramen pack from those Japanese mart $5 serve 2.
Using thermal, i made some ikan bilis, carrots, onion and potato soup base the night before.
As for the crispy chicken filet katsu, i marinate with salt, pepper then fried it with my favourite Kentucky fried chicken flour. Honestly, this is way too good compared to instand noodle, similar to Ajisen. Everyone should try!
